Trending Colours 2018

With Spring Just around the corner, we all have that urge to refresh our home for the season to come. The easiest way of achieving a new, fresh look that won’t break the bank?

A colour makeover of course! But what’s hot this spring?

We’ve taken note from the spring 2018 catwalks and PANTONE’s Colour Trend report and put together a few ways you can work this seasons colour trends into your home.

Don’t Make Me Blush

From cherry tomatoes to bright peony pinks. Varieties of tones are due to make an impact this season. The hues run from the deeper side of the colour spectrum to lightly saturated blushes, and shades of rose are a great way of introducing vibrancy and energy into your home for spring.

Blue Bananas

Banana yellows, shades of ochre and mustards are proving to be popular and work hand in hand with ocean blues and duck egg teals. The combination of these two colours fused can be used to inject life and add a more contemporary feel to a traditional property and its interior and vice versa.

Easy breezy

It’s spring! and that means goodbye to the darkness of winter. Sheppard in the season with this neutral but clean and fresh pallet. Combine natural materials like pine and birch with innocent hues of cream and milk whites. Opt for linens, cotton and breathable lace to add an essence of whimsicality and softness to your chosen space. Small accents of slate grey and blush can be introduced for traces of femininity and/or masculinity occupancy.
